To view the status of your order, sign in and go to My Account-Order history to view the latest order status. If you do not have an account, you can register for an account and after resetting your password access your order status via the My Account-Order history page.
I'm tax exempt, how do I place an order and not be charged tax?
If you are placing your first order, then create an account or sign in first. Then, on the checkout page, click on the tax exemption link next to the Tax charges. Complete the required steps and your tax certificate will be submitted for verification of tax exemption for your current and future orders.
Where does Enerpac ship orders I place online?
Enerpac ships orders in the country or region of the site you are checking out in. Not all sites offer purchasing online directly with Enerpac. In cases where shopping directly with Enerpac online is not available, you may find a distributor to purchase through.
