The new Enerpac LGH3100 Hydraulic Lock-Grip Puller is engineered to meet these challenges, enabling operators to remove heavy and stubborn items with minimal damage. Featuring a smooth action scissor lift, synchronized grip jaws and an intuitive operator station, this stable and efficient tool allows a single operator to remove large rail wheels, bearings, and couplers with unmatched ease.

The LGH3100 eliminates costly and disruptive damage caused by hammering, torching, cutting and pulling off center. With its synchronous lock grip system, it can deliver up to 100 tons of hydraulic force, enabling users to boost productivity, and keep on schedule.

Engineered for ease-of-use and minimal manpower, the LGH3100 includes features that make even the toughest pulling jobs seem easy. The carefully considered ergonomic design minimizes the physical effort needed while offering user friendly operation and easier positioning. The smooth action hydraulic scissor lift on the cart provides effortless centre height adjustment from 27.5 to 66.1 inches (699 - 1679 mm).

By unleashing the power of hydraulic force, dangerous practices such as torching, cutting and hammering are eliminated, and components are captured and held securely within the synchronous locking jaws.

When both space and budgets are tight, the LGH3100 can be easily converted into a 2-jaw configuration. This creates even more possibilities without the need for the extra expense of a separate 2 jaw puller.

The puller is mounted onto an ergonomically designed rolling cart with a low center of gravity. Included are large industrial castor wheels and pockets that provide the option to use a forklift. Hydraulic Power is provided by the onboard ZE3-Series electric two stage pump and remote pendant.

The Enerpac Hydraulic Grip is operated using a control panel with three levers and a pendant button.

Lever 1 – Jaws Open/Close

• Move up to open the jaws.
• Move down to close them around the component.

Lever 2 – Apply Pulling Force

• Move up to retract the spindle.
• Move down to push forward and remove the component.

Lever 3 – Adjust Puller Height

• Move up to lift the puller.
• Move down to lower it.
