Every Armor Stack case is engineered to withstand the rigors of real-world industrial use and validated against the world's most demanding performance standards: MIL-STD-810H, ATA300, and IP67. These are verified test results achieved through rigorous validation covering extreme impact resistance, water intrusion, dust exposure, and temperature cycling across wide environmental ranges. Armor Stack ensures that tools arrive at the jobsite in the same condition they left the workshop, regardless of what happened in between.

Armor Stack is built to move - and built to move well. Manual pump sets include a compact wheel kit that's also optional on other cases. This makes it significantly easier to transport heavy tool loads across workshops and manufacturing plants while reducing manual handling risk. The second phase, which expands the offering, scheduled for early 2027 will see the introduction of a large-wheeled transport trolley - ideal for bigger sets and perfect for traversing rougher jobsite terrain.

An ATA300-compliant breather port protects against rapid pressure changes caused by impact, vibration, and rough airline handling. This ensures tools remain deployment-ready on arrival, even after challenging freight journeys.

Padlockable holes provide an additional layer of security, preventing unauthorized access during transit and storage in high-traffic or unsecured environments. IP67-rated sealing delivers advanced dust and water immersion resistance for harsh field environments such as offshore platforms, refineries, and open-air construction sites.
