NEW DIESEL-POWERED SPLIT-FLOW PUMP

SPLIT-FLOW POWER THAT GOES FURTHER

Enerpac has expanded its split-flow lifting portfolio with the launch of the new Diesel Split-Flow Pump (SFP-D), a high-flow self-contained hydraulic solution designed for lifting and skidding applications in remote locations and limited power availability.

The Enerpac SFP-D simplifies how multi-point lifting and skidding operations are powered on remote jobsites. This high-flow self-contained system eliminates reliance on generators, power cables, and external infrastructure, cutting setup time and enabling faster deployment. Designed for high-tonnage and extended-stroke applications, the SFP-D excels in demanding environments where time and mobility are critical.

Traditional split-flow lifting often depends on external power sources, generators, cables, and additional setup coordination before lifting can even begin. The SFP-D changes that. By removing the need for an external power source, it simplifies the execution of lifts or skids in remote, temporary, or power-limited environments.

FASTER PATH TO EXECUTION

Every hour between mobilization and first lift costs money. The SFP-D eliminates the need for generators, simplifies setup, and moves power-intensive projects forward faster. By removing the need for cabling and power coordination, the SFP-D dramatically reduces setup time, allowing teams to move from arrival to lifting with minimal delay. Forklift slots, lifting eyes, and optional wheels enable easy transport, while the integrated handle and parking brake ensure precise, controlled positioning on site.

ONE COMPLETE SYSTEM. LESS OF EVERYTHING ELSE

By combining power and flow in a single integrated system, the SFP-D reduces equipment complexity, streamlines crew coordination, and helps minimize the risk of setup errors and delays. The all-in-one design reduces the amount of equipment needed on site, helping to lower mobilization costs and simplify logistics. Fewer separate components also means fewer potential points of failure, supporting smoother project execution and greater confidence during critical lifting operations.

ENGINEERED FOR HIGH-FLOW DEMAND

The high output flow of up to 0.98 gal/min (3.7 l/min) and a large-capacity reservoir deliver the power needed to handle the most demanding multi-point lifting systems, including high-tonnage and extended-stroke applications. Manual speed control puts you in command, allowing precise flow adjustment for smooth lifting motions and secure load control. A generous 30-gallon (114 l) hydraulic oil reservoir powers high-capacity cylinders at multiple lift points without frequent refilling, helping to maintain productivity during extended operations. Operators can fine-tune flow rates to balance speed and precision, delivering greater control and helping to get lifts right the first time.

BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD CONDITIONS

Designed for harsh industrial environments, the SFP-D excels on outdoor worksites with limited power availability, where traditional electric-powered systems are not a practical option.

Its rugged construction is built to withstand harsh weather, challenging terrain, and demanding industrial applications over the long term. With minimal reliance on electrical systems beyond engine start and control functions, the SFP-D delivers reliable performance while reducing potential points of failure in the field.

DELIVERS MORE THAN HYDRAULIC POWER

Beyond the equipment itself, the SFP-D helps contractors and lifting specialists reduce project complexity, shorten deployment timelines, and improve crew and equipment utilization. By combining hydraulic power, mobility, and independence from external infrastructure into one package, it delivers operational advantages that extend far beyond the lift itself.

By eliminating the need for separate power generation assets and reducing setup requirements, the SFP-D supports more efficient project execution from mobilization through to completion. The result is lower overall jobsite costs, faster project delivery, and increased productivity across a wide range of lifting and skidding applications.
